Detailed Description:

1 to 1 Customised Plan is Offer Page's flagship service. Mentors provide personalised and bespoke training on a 1 to 1 basis in conjunction with the core curriculum.

What's included: The service includes planning, CV preparation, interview preparation, placement, and induction. A detailed breakdown of the process is provided below by stages.

Duration: The duration of the service is usually between 40 and 50 working days, depending on the customer’s background and the complexity of each case.

Time to fulfill: Our mentors will spend between 70 and 80 hours on each case, including reading materials, conducting Python search and analysis, generating reports, training, and communication with customers and external partners.

Location: The service would be conducted over the phone, virtual meetings, and face-to-face meetings. The Python-related search and analysis will be conducted on equipment owned by Offer Page Limited.

End Date: The service contract will expire 5 working days after the confirmation letter is sent by Offer Page and accepted by the customer.

Stage 1:

Personal background assessment, matching with target industries and application planning.

At the end of the phase, Client will receive a clear understanding of client own job search competencies, target industries, training focus, and application planning

Stage 2:

Customized Career Analysis and Employment Optimization through Advanced Data-Driven Python Technology

We leverage Python technology to efficiently screen market data and develop prototypes for research reports. The custom-built code, created by our team, is designed to analyze clients' professional experiences, strengths, weaknesses, and career trajectories.
Once data is collected, it is integrated with the team's expertise for further analysis and optimization. This results in a detailed, client-specific proposal tailored to their unique needs.
After generating the initial analysis report, we conduct in-depth professional research based on the client’s career aspirations. This process culminates in a comprehensive analytical study and a customized training program.
The insights gathered form the foundation of an employment analysis report, which, combined with the team’s extensive expertise in employment analysis and training, helps us identify optimal career opportunities for our clients.

Stage 3:

Resume and cover letter retouching.

In-depth reinforcement of essential knowledge of the target industry

The core courses will provide client with the necessary industry knowledge, practical projects to enrich client’s CV and technical knowledge for interviews; one-to-one tutors will further strengthen client industry-related job profile, job options, application requirements and future development opportunities.

Networking guidance for international students

Content includes: social misconceptions, skills, etiquette, networking, networking channels, etc. for Chinese students

Workplace English Speaking Training

Content includes: English accent correction, polishing self-presentation, etc.

At the end of the phase, Client will gain mastery of various interview techniques in client’s target industry, as well as more professional English communication and workplace social skills training.

Stage 5:

Internship matching and full-time job referrals.
